It’s ‘Mankatha’ everywhere and the entire city is emblazoned with ‘Thala’ fever everywhere. ‘Mankatha’ has been undergoing the sort of game with the release as the title suggests. It has been a very long process with Ajith Kumar’s 50th film before Day 1. Well, lots of changing hands with the project and finally the ‘Game’ is all set to begin tomorrow on August 31, 2011.
Since it’s going to be a long weekend holiday with Ramzan and Ganesh Chathurthi, the theatres have scheduled more shows. Sathyam Cinemas, Mayajaal, PVR Cinemas, INOX and FAME have opened up plans for more than 15-30shows per day.
Single screens are no exception as each theatre holds 5 shows per day and the tickets were sold within short span of time. Earlier it was Superstar Rajnikanth’s ‘Endhiran’ that had such a grand opening and nearly closer to a year, we see the same scenario here.
